  ● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working
day.
  ● During sales, festivals, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer due to
high order volume.

2. Shipping Timeline
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
  ● Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  ● Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days
  ● Remote/Interior Locations: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service availability and local conditions.

3. Shipping Charges
  ● Standard shipping charges apply based on your location and order size.
  ● Free shipping may be offered on specific promotions or order values (if applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order
  ● Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
  ● Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Failed Deliveries
An order may be returned to us if:
  ● The courier is unable to reach you
  ● The address is incomplete or incorrect
  ● Delivery is refused at the doorstep
If this happens, our team will contact you for re-shipping. Additional charges may apply in

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video so we can assist you
immediately.

8. International Shipping
At the moment, SportDrip ships only within India.
International shipping will be announced once available
