Refund policy

At SportDrip, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
● The product is damaged,
● The product is defective, OR
● You received the wrong item.
We do not offer returns for reasons such as personal preference, fragrance choice, or change of mind.
2. No Refund Policy
SportDrip does not offer refunds.
Only replacements or exchanges are provided for eligible cases.
3. Return Request Window
To request a return or exchange:
● You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
● Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for an exchange:
● The product must be unused.
● The bottle, packaging box, and all components must be intact.
● Damage due to improper handling after delivery will not be accepted
5. Proof Required
For faster assistance, you must share:
● Unboxing video (mandatory to validate damage/tampering)
● Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
● Order ID and registered mobile number/email
This helps us verify the issue quickly.
6. Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved:
1. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
2. After inspection, we will ship a replacement unit.
3. If the product is out of stock, you may choose another fragrance of the same value
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
● Used products
● Items without original packaging
● Products damaged after delivery
● Orders without proof of unboxing video
8. Cancellations
● Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
● Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
